If you are not satisfied with the service received, please notify us within 24 hours of the wash. We may offer a free rewash, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the situation and feedback provided.
If bad weather affects your appointment, we allow free rescheduling or a full refund, provided we are notified at least 3 hours in advance of the appointment time.
If our team is unable to access your vehicle due to location restrictions, incorrect information, or absence of keys (where applicable), the appointment will be non-refundable.
